Awesome
Purchased the smaller version for my sons nursery room and the bigger one for the living room and they work well. The fan is nice and the purifier mode is noticeably making a difference in my home. Haven’t used the heat mode since it’s summer but have tested it and it seems like it will work perfect for winter time. Overall great purchase. Happy with my blue air purifiers !

Does everything I need
The T20i is a sizeable unit that keeps the air fresh, offers cooling and heating in one package.
Night mode is a major plus and during the recent heatwave the fan was really efficient.

3-in 1 purifier

The product itself is good and nice design. However the customer service is appalling. I had dirt marks/soiling on the product so I emailed Blueair. It’s been 3 weeks and after sending constant emails and photos of damage I’ve still not got anywhere with them. I’ve sent photos twice and they kept saying they can’t see anything and making excuses. I only wanted a part refund and was willing to keep the product as it was big to send back. It’s been complete waste of my time constantly emailing them .
