I received this humidifier as replacement for another under warranty that stopped working after several months. Unfortunately, the pump in replacement stopped working after 3 weeks. I would claim user error, however, no change in how I'm using machine and had a blueair humidifier for over a year without issue prior to ordering, so unsure what the issue is. Unfortunate, as I was trying to avoid a machine that required distilled water

Not really noticed much difference and find the night setting a little to loud to sleep with it on and not noticed any difference with my dry eyes etc. I will be returning within my 30 day trial unfortunately .
I will be look g to buy another air purifier though for the bedroom as we have the medium blue signature in the kitchen and so like this.

After two months or so, the low water sensor began to light up non-stop, regardless of the water level. The customer service rep mentioned that perhaps it was clogged (after 2 months?) and I needed to perform a deep clean. I purchased citric acid as directed and cleaned. This did help for 2 weeks, then the clog/ sensor lit up again. This time the citric acid did not help. I repeatedly asked for a replacement or refund but I was unable to get a proper response. I was frustrated and threw it away. Disappointing for a $150 product. I would strongly not recommend this product or the Blueair customer service.
I have an old school honeywell humidifier and have never had any issues with functionality. I would advise people to get a different brand.

When it came time to change my filter, I mistakenly throughout the filter holder with the filter before I got the replacement filter. I realized my mistake when the replacement filter arrived. The staff at BlueAir were amazing and so very, very helpful and kind. This is on top of the fact that the machine itself works exactly as described, no issues for an entire season. Highly recommend.
