I bought the DreamWell 1 Gallon Humidifer in Coastal Beige when we learned the water in our area we were using in our ultrasonic unit was creating other health issues because of the high mineral content. We switched to this unit, and within a couple of days, the humidity improved, and the breathing issues resolved. The wick in the DeeamWell captures the larger particles, preventing them from being dispersed. The unit is easy to assemble and easy to clean. It’s great that the filter is washable and can be put into a washing machine. The features and ability to monitor and adjust through the BlueAir app are great. I’ve never had a humidifier this easy to maintain. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a well built, easy to operate, easy to maintain humidifier. I’ll like buy the larger version for our primary living area.

I really like this humidifier, it looks great, keeps our bedroom at my desired humidity setting, easy to clean and refill. However, the fan on low is surprisingly loud. At night when it’s running it almost sounds like an idling truck outside, which is quite disappointing.

I received this machine as a gift and have been using it for approximately one year. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by significant reliability issues.
Within the first four months, I had to replace the original unit due to a series of hardware failures, including false alerts, app connectivity issues, and a completely unresponsive control panel. While the manufacturer provided a replacement, this second unit has now developed a concerning flaw.
Over the last month of using the humidifier function, I have experienced frequent leaking. About once every five times I remove the water tank for refilling, water leaks from the internal housing of the machine onto the floor. I can confirm this is not a result of a spill, as the tank is nearly empty when it is removed. Between the software failures of the first unit and the mechanical leaks of the second, I no longer have confidence in the quality or safety of this product.

In less than a year the water pump module is no longer working. It first started to not recognize when it was filled, but was able to fix that by cleaning the contacts on the pump inside the module. A couple months later, the pump still recognizes when tank is filled but pump motor itself is shorted. I’ve always used filtered water from the refrigerator to fill the unit as well as clean the fill tank periodically to remove any scale. The wick has been replaced once as directed by the app. This is extremely disappointing, especially since no replacement parts are listed / available.

I have been loving this humidifier! The design is beautiful and intuitive, and its so quiet I can’t even hear it at night. I bought one for my baby’s room and one for my partner and I. I can tell it makes a difference in the humidity of the air, and I breathe better because of it. My skin is also happier as well!
