Company could not even deliver the product. UPS left a message at the apartment where the product was to be delivered, giving a pick up location. The pick up site was under construction.
UPS returned the product to the company saying the delivery address was incomplete.
How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to fulfill an order?
This was a gift. I intended to buy one for myself. I have wasted to much time already.
A decent manager would have resolved this issue.

The confidence I have about breathing the now clean air is so great. We have it in our bedroom. When we first started it, it took awhile to clean the air but now things are good. And if I have a foreign product like perfume etc., it goes into high mode on its own, until the air is better. I wont ever be without it. Forest fire or not.

Nice machine but the Air Quality Sensor needed cleaning after only about a months use due to wild fires in the area. There are no instructions on how to do that in User Manual. Had to go to your online site FAQ section to see how. Why not include the instructions in your Use Manual?

The Blue Pure 311i+ is very quiet. You can't even hear it running most of the time. We have noticed much less dust since we activated it.
