A bit disappointed
I bought three machines with the hope that they would reduce the amount of dust in my home which seems to settle on all surfaces daily. Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved and there seems to be no change in the reduction of settling dust on my furniture etc.

Bought two units and one clearly more noisy...
Units work as expected, but one is clearly louder than the other, contacted support and instead of doing a straight swop I was told this:
" Hi,
A slight difference in noise between two units does not necessarily indicate a fault. During manufacturing, there can be minor variations between individual products, and it is normal for one unit to sound slightly different from another while still operating within specification.
If the unit is otherwise functioning correctly, this would generally be considered normal operation rather than a defect.
However, if you remain concerned that there may be an issue with the product, we can arrange for it to be returned for inspection. Should a fault be confirmed, we would be happy to provide a replacement in accordance with our warranty process.
