I’m sure this is another one of those companies that’s trying to reduce packaging material and consequently, their environmental footprint. That all sounds well and good.. They sent the filter in its product box, a very thin cardboard material with no taping on any of the seams, just as if someone pulled the box off of a shelf on a retail store and slapped a mailing label on it. The box was all banged up like people have been playing football with it and it caused dents and impressions on the accordion style filter material. Just put the darn thing in a reasonable sized cardboard box,
shipping it to your customers in a safe, solid and secure manner..
