All functions should be workable from a smarthome app (e.g., Google Home) instead of requiring a download of a proprietary app. Proprietary apps are terribly annoying for consumers --- think about all the products that consumers have downloaded an app for. Crazy annoying.
And we would've liked to have chosen the color of the unit & pre-filter from the full range of colors. As it is now, we would have to purchase a pre-filter in a different color of our choice. This should be a standard option for a "signature" product.

At present, our units require the Blueair app to access full functionality, but your input is valuable as we explore future improvements.
