What model is this filter compatible with?

This wick filter is only compatible with the 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify. Check the label on the inside of your device to find the model name.

How often should I replace my wick filter?

Depending on usage, your filter will last up to 6 months. It should be cleaned weekly when in use according to the instructions in the user manual to maintain optimal performance.

It’s important to change your filter when needed because dirty filters humidify the air less efficiently, reducing the purifier's ability to capture pollutants and affecting overall air quality in your space.

To clean the wick filter, rinse with water weekly, or for a deep clean, soak in citric acid and rinse. Use 20g of citric acid for every 1L of water for 1 hour. Rinse well under running tap water.

During colder winter months, the unit may use more water as dry heated air requires constant moisture replacement to maintain your set humidity. Easy order process
Easy order process. Really happy with the 2 in 1 so far. We live in northern Canada so need the smoke filter in the summer and humidity in the winter. Works great. Get yourself some anti algae stuff. Had to replace filter sooner then I would have liked because I didn’t use any for 4 weeks.

Easy replacement
It was a very simple matter to remove and replace the new wick filter. Easy to find out how on the app.
This product is fabulous - keeps air clean & humidifier & being able to refill tgexwater by simply pouring it in tge top is fabulous. Thecwick filters clean easily in three or 4 inches of water in the kitchen sink with half a cup of CLR type product.
