I also have the model number listed above. Unable to figure out what filter to order. Very disappointed. Will have to go back to my local Costco in Michigan , USA., and complain and maybe return it.

It looks like a Mini Restful replacement filter was purchased instead, which would not be compatible. The light makes a constant high-pitched hum, though that isn't an issue after lights out. Also the completely flat control surface makes it hard to press the light and alarm buttons. I don't want to use my phone to control it, since I want to sleep with my phone in a different room.
