To complete an exchange for a purifier that is covered by the Blueair warranty program, please follow the following steps:
Step 1. Please contacts Blueair for troubleshooting assistance for the Purifier experiencing technical failure.
Step 2. Blueair customer support will provide troubleshooting assistance.
Step 3. Blueair Support will confirm your warranty eligibility (Be prepared to provide proof of purchase information if you purchased from a 3rd party other than Blueair).
Step 4. Once warranty eligibility is confirmed, the agent will complete the exchange and ship a new Purifier to you.
