What should I expect with auto-ship? + -

When you sign up for the auto-ship filter subscription service, any Protect models that are enrolled in the Blueair app will be automatically signed up for the auto-ship filter service.

The Blueair auto-ship service will automatically know exactly which model of Blueair unit you currently own. So when it is time to replace your filter, your unit will send us all the information to know exactly which filter you need and send it to you at the appropriate time (based on our algorithm) to keep you breathing clean air.

Need help updating credit card for new website checkout order + -

2. Select PAYMENT on the left side of the screen and add your new card (be sure to hit "save"!)

3. Note! If your order was canceled or you would like to make changes to your next shipment date:

Please select FILTER SUBSCRIPTION
Hit "edit" on each subscription you wish to update & select the next available ship date

4. Save your changes & you'll be all set!

How often should I change my filter? + -

Blueair recommends a filter change every six months. The light on your filter timer will indicate when it is time to replace your filter after six months of continual use.

If you use your unit in a highly polluted environment, you need to change it more often. To ensure the unit’s high-quality performance, we recommend that you only use genuine Blueair filters.

Which filters do I need for my DustMagnet™ purifier? + -

You should first confirm the air purifier model name to find which filters are compatible with your unit.

The serial and model numbers can be found on the product label located on the back of the air purifier.
To view the MAC address, remove the bottom pre-filter to access the label.

If your air purifier is connected to the Blueair app you can additionally view the MAC address by selecting air purifier name and navigating to Product Settings › Product Information.

Once you know your model number, you can go to https://www.blueair.com/us/air-purifier-filters. Scroll down and select the model you have. All compatible filters and pre-filters will then be displayed. You can then click and order your filter as needed.

You should first confirm the air purifier model name to find which filters are compatible with your unit.
The serial, model numbers and MAC address can be found on the product label located on the back of the air purifier.
