Return tracking shows delivered to Blueair but have not received my refund + -

It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return, but refunds are typically issued in 5-7 business from receipt at our warehouse.

If it has been at least 7 business days since the package was delivered to our warehouse and you would like an update, please reach out to our customer support team for additional assistance.

Where can I purchase Blueair purifiers, filters, and pre-filters? + -

To purchase Blueair Purifiers, Filters, and Pre-filters.

1. Go to the Blueair.com homepage.
2. On the homepage banner at the top click or hover (for additional options) on AIR PURIFIERS or FILTERS & ACCESSORIES tabs, based on what you would like to purchase.
3. Once you enter the relevant page use the page filters to narrow choices to the product or products you would like to purchase.

What is your return policy? + -

You have 30 days from the order date to return the item that was shipped to you for a refund.

All Blueair units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manual.

To return your damaged order for a refund:

1. First, ensure it has been under 30 days since you placed the order, as orders beyond this return window cannot be returned
