I've had this product about a year and recently changed the main filter. The outer filter I washed previously and it's fine. My main reason for this purchase was I suffer from seasonal allergies. The air purifier is in my bedroom. It's silent and does not look out of place. It appears to help ease my nighttime sneezing and stuffy nose. However my allergy season has only just started, so wait and see! Otherwise a not unattractive item and certainly reacts quickly and efficiently on smells and dust. So, overall, very pleased with this purchase.
