Shipping Policy

We understand life can get hectic, that’s why our DPD delivery service is tailored to fit around you. To assist with tracking your order, we recommend downloading the relevant courier app. This service is available once your order has been dispatched and courier confirmed. Enjoy Free 3-5 Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £5.99.

Orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 4PM and is not applicable on weekends and bank holidays. While DPD aims to deliver your order the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

 High demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

 Adverse weather conditions

 Courier network delays

Although delays are rare, we recommend allowing extra time for urgent orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to stay updated on its progress. If your parcel is delayed, please contact DPD directly for real-time updates or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Most of our parcels are sent via DPD courier service. Large items (e.g. air conditioners) are sent via UPS heavy goods service which takes 2-3 business days.

A charge of £6.99 for Standard Delivery applies to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Blueair UK either by e-mail or telephone.

If a product has been discontinued, Blueair UK has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Blueair UK will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.

Return & Refund Policy 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders placed via www.blueair.co.uk.

We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If, within 30 days of receipt of your product, you are not totally satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return the products for a refund. Please note the return postage costs will be deducted from the refund value. This policy only applies to products purchased from blueair.co.uk directly. Once we have received and validated your return, we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed within 14 working days. 

Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
•    Reasonable care not taken: You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. 
•    Excessive returns: Multiple refund requests from the same customer that indicate abuse of the policy.
•    Violation of terms: If the product was misused or terms of service were violated.

Returning Parts/Accessories

Unwanted parts and/or accessories within 30 days of purchase should be returned at the Customers own expense to the below address: Blueair UK, Unit 400, Buckingway Business Park, Swavesey, Cambridge, CB24 4UQ

Faulty Goods

Blueair UK is committed to ensuring that all of our goods are produced to the highest standard. All our products have a minimum one-year’s manufacturer guarantee from the date of purchase and should you experience a problem within the stated warranty period please contact contact@blueair.co.uk. One of our dedicated customer service representatives will try to solve your problem. If your problem cannot be solved via email, a collection may be arranged. Once our Service Centre has received your faulty item, it will be tested and the fault/problem identified. Upon identification of this, we will repair the fault. If the fault cannot be identified we will contact you and offer you a replacement or full refund.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods. You will receive a full refund of the price of the goods (including the costs of delivering the goods to you) within 30 days of you notifying the Blueair Service Centre that you no longer require the goods.

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged when they are returned to us. Using the goods before returning them within the allotted 14-day period does not constitute taking reasonable care of them. If you use the goods before returning them to us, you will be responsible for the costs of us reconditioning those goods. We may offset the cost of refurbishing the goods against the sums that you have paid for the goods, including any applicable VAT payable, if the goods are used prior to being returned under this clause. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

All goods supplied by Blueair are warranted free from defects for the period stated within the product packaging from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without approval from the manufacturer.
