Rubbish product and support
Didn’t work so I contacted customer support to return it. I chose the option to have it collected but the collection was arranged without consulting me causing plans to be cancelled as I had to wait in all day.
Refund was only given when they were chased.

I like it
I wasn’t sure really if I needed it and in fact I was quite disappointed when I plugged it in and the light immediately turned blue.
However in my opinion it does cut down on dust generally.
I am having some work done to the bathroom which has created a lot of dust and I was impressed that on automatic it detected that and the light went to red and then worked its way through to blue again. I’m glad I bought it. Mine is an older property and it will help with dust and impurity issues.

Blue Max 3450i bought Feb 2026
Easy to use and set up on the app.
Very good price direct from Blue Air.
Product is very light and looks very neat.
It's quite big, but it needs to shift a lot of air in a large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling.
Very quiet in the day and barely audible. Cannot hear it on night setting. Filter is at 98% after 2 weeks use.
I use the auto setting.
Bedroom smells fresher but my air quality in my area of the country is excellent anyway.
Will see how it performs once the hay fever season starts.
